We have complimentary open parking spaces. Reserved parking spaces (carports) and detached garages are available for an additional fee.
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. A maximum of two (2) pets per household will be permitted with a completed Pet Screening profile, signed animal addendum, a $350 non-refundable pet fee and a monthly $15 pet rent per pet as specified on the addendum. There is also a refundable $150 pet deposit per pet. There is no weight limit; however, we do have breed restrictions. Please contact the leasing office if you have any questions.

Rent rates are set in the lease and are due on the first of each month. As soon as you sign the lease, you've legally agreed to the terms. At Sagestone Village, you can pay your rent via the Resident Portal. We accept online payments (eCheck, Moneygram and major credit cards). Please keep in mind that there may be convenience fees on some payment types. You can manually pay your rent each month or set up automatic withdrawals. If you choose to pay rent via certified funds or personal check, you can bring payment to the leasing office on the 1st of each month, or drop directly into the rent drop box. Rent drop box is located in the western hallway of building 7, behind the leasing office. If you have any questions regarding your rent, please contact the leasing office.
There is a Kroger Marketplace directly adjacent to Sagestone Village as well as an HEB. The Fort Worth Police Department and Medical City Alliance Hospital are within one mile of Sagestone Village. Check the Community page of our website to see what else is nearby.
Sagestone Village is located entirely within the Keller ISD Independent School District. Sagestone is zoned for Basswood Elementary School, Chisholm Trail Intermediate, Fossil Hill Middle, and Fossil Ridge High School.

You will receive an email from PDK.io (ProdataKey) with instructions for downloading the PDK app. The email will also include an activation code that you can copy and paste into the app, or you can simply click the Activate button within the email. Once your account is set up, locate your building in the app, then press and hold the unlock button to grant your guest access to the building.
